ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

STEP 1: ADMISSION CLEARANCE

 -Fill-out the application for admission

       Initial Requirements:
               -SF9 – Report Card
               -1 photocopy of PSA birth certificate
               -Two (2) new, identical 1″x1″ photos
               -Honorable Dismissal (For Transferee)
               -Certified true copy of grades or transcript of records (For transferees)


STEP 2: INTERVIEW

-Schedule an interview with the Program Chair

 

STEP 3: STUDENT ACCOUNT LOG-IN / ENLISTMENT

-Go to sjcqc.edu.ph then click SJC Portal and select College / Graduate School
-Log in to your account using the username and password provided during admission.
-Click Enlistment, update your Personal Information, choose a Payment Plan, then click Submit.


STEP 4: PAYMENT

-Pay the enrollment fee at the Cashier’s Office

NOTE:
For any questions and concerns, you may visit our Registrar’s Office, Guidance Office, and Accounting Office. We are open from Monday to Fridays, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm

REQUIREMENTS

Notes

  • Please present the original copy of the documents to the School Registrar on your campus visit.
  • Only files with the following file extensions are allowed : PDF, Excel, Docs, JPG, JPEG and PNG. Total file size must NOT be greater than 100.00 MB.
